We have just returned from the X Dance Film Festival in Salt Lake City where Knockout has been nominated three times for the following categories:

The competition was extremely high with films of all genres pushing the limits of film making to the next level.

This year our spring shoot consisted of four park sessions, Aspen, Whistler, Grouse Mountain and Mount Washington.
As witnessed in the blog below titled "One way to get to the next shoot" our journey from the session at Grouse Mountain to Mount Washington was an unforgettable experience to say the least.
To our crews delight the spring session at Mount Washington turned out to deliver unexpected pow freshies for all to enjoy.
We just finished up our spring time shoots and had a blast filming these segments for our upcoming tenth anniversary release KNOCKOUT set to release Sept 1st 2008.
These photos will give you an idea as to how we went from our Grouse Mountain Shoot to a spring shoot on Mount Washington on Vancouver Island. I don't think many of the crew thought we would be getting to our shoots in this fashion.

The sold out crowd definitely enjoyed what was being projected on the big screen, we will be releasing the KNOCKOUT teaser in 720p HD on this site this week so stay tuned.
As you will see the night was a KNOCKOUT in more than one sense.
Thanks to julian Itagaki, Greg Boyd and Yannick Rioux we just finished an amazing time in Buttermilk Colorado. We had the X-games jump line all to ourselves and had pure comedy go down on this trip. The highlight of the trip was a night shoot on the mountain with a few cold ones in hand.
